What you will need to bring with you for the workshop:

1) A list of all your transactions for the past 2 years (if you have past business. If you haven’t been in the business for 2 years, bring what you have, if any. PLEASE NOTE:Since you will be working on your own individual plan, you do not have to be a seasoned agent to join this class. New agents are welcome).

2) A list of all your leads and clients you are working with currently.

3) If you have a farm, please know the exact number of houses in your farm and how many transactions you have done to date this year.
